Each course is individually designed to engage and create informed conversation. These courses bring connection and knowledge into the work environment, and help eliminate problematic health practices and negative health talk.

GROUP BODY IMAGE COURSE
Online Group Course - Four sessions over four weeks
This course is designed to teach positive self-talk, and how to create boundaries around what we consume about bodies. This four part series builds connection between the other members in the group to build a conversation around shared experiences, and how to face and change societal beauty standards.

INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS COACHING

A custom movment, intuitive eating, and lifestyle management program.
Receive custom guidance from your coach that includes movmement programming including expertly designed weightlifting and mobility plans. Ditch the harmful diet culture and learn to nourish your body with informed and inuitive methods. Virtually meet one-on-one with your coach to reach your personal goals.
All potential new clients receive a free virtual or telephone consult.
THE BODY PROJECT PHILANTHROPY

Positive Body Image Course for teens and young women
Every client of Alter and Echo is helping to fund the philanthropic workshops provided to young women and teens following the science based Body Project curriculum.
This program was designed by the National Eating Disorder Association and is brought into groups on a volunteer basis to provide a safe space for women to talk about societal beauty standards versus health ideal. This program educates about the dangers of diet culture and builds positive relationships between teens and women to lift each other up.

Tension and Trauma Releasing Somatic
Movment and Exercise
Based off the principles of The Body Keeps the Score, these movment sessions help to release tension and trauma that has built up in the body over time. Coupled with talk therapy and healthy life practices, these somatic practices can be life changing over time.
